Welcome to The Duke
Andras and the team look forward to welcoming you to the Duke – Sunninghill.
Bringing the simple principles of traditional hospitality and fabulous food to Sunninghill. A relaxed and enjoyable pub for you to meet, socialise and dine in. Whether a mid-week tipple, formal business lunch, family gathering, or a lavish Sunday roast we are here for you.
All offered with friendly good humour, a little cheekiness and of course food served with passion and gusto, from people who really care about taste, fabulous ingredients and celebrating the food we serve…

Christmas at The Duke

There’s nothing quite like gathering around the table wtih good food, good company and a little festive cheer.
Join us at The Duke this Christmas and make your celebrations one to remember. And, as a little thank you for booking early, guests who book their Christmas celebration with us before 31st October will enjoy a complimentary glass of sparkling rose on arrival. Book early, raise a glass and let the festivities begin!
Whether you’re dining with family, catching up with friends or celebrating with colleagues, we’ll be delighted to welcome you for a warm and festive occasion in our cosy village pub.
Our Christmas Party Set Menu is available from Monday 30th November until Thursday 24th December for small gatherings or larger group bookings. Deposits and/or pre-orders may be required, this will be advised at time of booking.
A little note about Christmas Day.
We’ll be closing our doors on Christmas Day and Boxing Day this year so that our wonderful team can enjoy a well-deserved day with their own families and loved ones.
We’re incredibly grateful for everything our team does throughout the year, and we feel its important that they too have a chance to slow down, switch off and enjoy the magic of Christmas with those closest to them.

We cater for private events and can offer buffet menus / bespoke menus / set menus / wine tastings with part or exclusive hire of the pub for large groups.

NEW! WINE TASTING CLUB
Discover our monthly Wine Club, where we travel the world one glass at a time to explore some of the most important wine regions. Each professionally led, interactive tasting is hosted by our wine expert and includes six tasting measures of carefully selected wines, paired with a small charcuterie plate.
Prices start from £32 per person, making it the perfect way to discover new favourites, deepen your wine knowledge, and enjoy a relaxed social evening. Suitable for wine lovers of all levels and available for private group bookings.
